The main determinant of how a member votes is whether their jersey says D or R, according to CQ’s annual Vote Studies coming next week. In this video, reporters John T. Bennett, Jon Miller and Ryan Kelly break down how they analyzed the 2018 data, and their key findings for presidential support, party unity and participation. Hear their thoughts on what their predictions are for 2019 — which will be all about 2020.
