The National Republican Congressional Committee will announce it has raised $3 million total for the 20 vulnerable incumbents through its Patriot program, according to figures provided first to Roll Call.

On Thursday, House Republican leaders hosted their second “Patriot Day” of the cycle — a fundraising event that contributed to that $3 million total. The Patriot program provides resources to the party’s most vulnerable House members for their re-election efforts, including fundraising and communications support.

Republican incumbents in the Patriot program include:

  • Rep. Gary G. Miller, who is widely seen as the most vulnerable member of the House Republican Conference. Miller represents California’s 31st District, which voted for President Barack Obama in 2012 with 57 percent.
  • Rep. Mike Coffman of Colorado’s 6th District, the only Republican representing a district rated a Tossup by Rothenberg Political Report/Roll Call.
  • Rep. Tom Latham of Iowa, an ally of Speaker John A. Bohener. Latham is facing a challenge from Democrat Staci Appel, a top Democratic recruit.
  • Rep. Rodney Davis of Illinois’ 13th District. Davis is facing a primary challenge from former Miss America winner Erika Harold, as well as a top Democratic recruit in former judge Ann Callis.

The other incumbents in the Patriot program are: Reps. Jeff Denham of California, Michael G. Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, Bob Gibbs of Ohio, Chris Gibson of New York, Joe Heck of Nevada, David Joyce of Ohio, Steve Southerland II of Florida, David Valadao of California, Jackie Walorski of Indiana, Lee Terry of Nebraska, Tom Reed and Michael G. Grimm of New York, Scott Rigell of Virginia, Keith Rothfus of Pennsylvania, Dan Benishek of Michigan and Bill Johnson of Ohio.
