Randy Leonard has expanded CQ Roll Call’s data visualization expertise with interactive maps and graphics. He is also a data reporter and previously covered energy policy. Before joining CQ Roll Call in 2013, he worked as a freelance reporter for The New York Times, covering issues including police misconduct allegations and political corruption. He worked previously for a community paper outside of Baltimore and has a background as an environmental scientist conducting investigations at fuel sites.
