Many of the incoming members of the 116th Congress arrived in D.C. on Tuesday morning for the beginning of new member orientation and a chance to learn more about their new workplace for the next two years. Roll Call’s Heard on the Hill reporter Alex Gangitano watched the frenzy as the newbies checked in to their hotel accommodations for the week in Navy Yard, just a short drive from the Capitol.
