Sen. Cory Booker can cross another item off his checklist for a 2020 presidential bid this weekend after his scheduled trip to New Hampshire, where he’ll headline at least two get-out-the-vote events for Democrats less than two weeks before the Nov. 6 midterm elections.

The Granite State is the last of four early primary/caucus-voting states that the New Jersey Democrat, widely seen as one of a handful of front-runners for the party’s nomination for president in 2020, has yet to visit.

Booker flew to Nevada in August, delivered speeches in Iowa earlier this month, and visited South Carolina last week.

On Sunday, he’s teaming up with the New Hampshire Young Democrats to headline a 1 p.m. get-out-the-vote rally at the University of New Hampshire for governor nominee Molly Kelly and 1st District nominee Chris Pappas, who’s running to replace retiring Democratic Rep. Carol Shea-Porter in a race rated Tilts Democratic by Inside Elections with Nathan L. Gonzales.

The Concord Monitor first reported Booker’s weekend itinerary.

Booker will headline a fundraiser in Durham, New Hampshire, for the Young Democrats earlier in the day.

In the evening, he’ll head to Darthmouth College for a similar get-out-the-vote event, where he’ll join Democratic Rep. Annie Kuster of the state’s 2nd District.

Booker could add two more events to his agenda Sunday, the Monitor reported.

Booker was the first of the top-flight Democratic presidential candidates to visit Iowa when he spoke at the Iowa Democratic Party’s gala dinner earlier this month, where he received four standing ovations.

In South Carolina, the pivotal southern primary state that’s often seen as a harbinger for which Democratic candidate will appeal most to black voters, Booker spoke at a barbecue for Democratic activists and at two historically black colleges.
