The Hill was abuzz with activity Thursday as the House passed a health care package to repeal and replace Obamacare

20 House Republicans voted against the GOP-backed legislation. No Democrats supported it.

Meanwhile, the Senate passed a more than $1 trillion spending bill to fund the government through September.
