Roger Clinton spent the night in a California jail just hours before Golden State voters are expected to pass judgment on sister-in-law and White House hopeful Hillary Clinton on the final big  day of the 2016 presidential primary season.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Clinton was released on $15,000 bond on Monday.

Hillary Clinton remains locked in a head-to-head competition in California with fellow Democratic contender Bernie Sanders, although she is expected to clinch enough delegates on Tuesday to secure the nomination.

[Sanders’ Long-Shot Delegate Hunt] Roger Clinton was arrested late Sunday by Redondo Beach police on suspicion of driving under the influence. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving a decade earlier after getting picked up in neighboring Hermosa Beach under similar circumstances.

Roger’s antics have dogged  the Clintons dating to the 1980s — that’s when he was arrested for selling cocaine to an undercover cop.

Bill Clinton pardoned him on his way out of office.
