Clinton Trolls Trump Over Trump University ‘Scam’
Democratic front-runner says university 'deceived and exploited students'
Hillary Clinton seized on the release of damning documents in a civil suit against Donald Trump on Wednesday, taking to Twitter to say the for-profit Trump University was a “scam,” and “a fraud,” that “deceived and exploited students to take their money.”
“It’s one thing to sell steaks using a name as a marketing ploy,” she tweeted. “Trump’s company intentionally put people at risk.”
The Trump University con says a lot about Trump. If you can’t trust him with your personal finances—how can we trust him with our country?

Trump did not immediately respond to Clinton’s tweets, which started with links to media stories and by retweeting 2012 Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s March condemnation of the billionaire mogul and continued in spurts into the afternoon.
The posts continued themes that Clinton adopted at campaign events the previous week, where she turned her attention from Democratic rival Sen. Bernie Sanders and began a measured assault on the presumptive Republican nominee as a greedy bully who had preyed on middle-class American families.
Here’s what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. (1/2)

“New documents confirm Trump ‘University’ was a scam that preyed on families to make money,” she tweeted. “Caution—may cause nausea.”
Shortly after that, she added: “The gist: Trump’s for-profit university deceived and exploited students to take their money. And he has the gall to call the media ‘sleazy.'”

Trump lashed out at reporters at a news conference Tuesday, shortly before the release of the Trump University records, for questioning his donations to charities for military veterans .
