The South Carolina congressional delegation, joined on the House floor by the Congressional Black Caucus, held a moment of silence Tuesday for the victims of last week’s Charleston, S.C., church shooting. Rep. Mark Sanford, R-S.C., paid tribute to the victims and commended the victims’ families for doing the “unthinkable” in forgiving the shooter.
