Republican members of Congress are sending last-minute campaign contributions to win a special election in Florida on March 11th.  

Campaign finance reports for the campaigns of Republican David Jolly  and Democrat Alex Sink,  in the 13th District of Florida,  are due on Thursday and will disclose donors and disbursements from January 1 through February 19th. But last-minute contribution notices of contributions of $1,000 or more are required to be filed within 48-hours, between February 20th and March 8th.  

Republican David Jolly has already fled six 48-hour contributions notices and they show numerous members of Congress sending campaign contributions from their campaign committees and leadership PACs.  

Members giving include Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas $2,000; Rep. Renee Ellmers, R-N.C. $1,000; Rep. Steve Fincher, R-Tenn. $4,000; Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, R-N.J. $2,500;  Rep. Jim Gerlach, R-Pa. $1,000; Rep.Kay Granger, R-Texas $1,000; Rep. Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas $2,000 from campaign committee and $5,000 from leadership PAC; Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif. $1,000; Rep. Bill Huizenga, R-Mich. $1,000; Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash. $5,000; Rep. Jeff Miller, R-Fla. $2,000 from campaign and $3,000 from PAC; Rep. Kristi Noem, R-S.D. $1,000; Rep. Reid Ribble, R-Wis. $2,600; Rep. Scott Rigell, R-Va. $1,000; Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis. $5,000; Rep. Aaron Schock, R-Fla. $5,000; Rep. John Shimkus, R-Ill. $2,500; Rep. Lee Terry, R-Neb. $2,500; Rep. Michael Turner, R-Ohio $2,000; Rep.Lynn Westmoreland, R-Ga. $3,000 from PAC and $2,000 from campaign.  

In addition, Jolly has reported individual contributions from New York, Florida, California, and the District of Columbia.  

Other PACs contributing to Jolly after February 20th include: Lockheed Martin Employees PAC $2,500; Associated Builders and Contractors PAC $2,500; International Franchise Association PAC $5,000; McAndrews and Forbes Holding Inc. PAC $5,000; Professional Insurance Agents PAC $1,000; and Raytheon Company PAC $5,000.  

Democrat Alex Sink has filed on one 48-hour contribution notice, listing individual contributions from Florida, and $1,000 from the leadership PAC of Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., who has just announced he is retiring at the end of this Congress.
