A national conservative organization has started to buy another round of television ads to run in the first weeks of September, targeting adults over 35 years old, and in some cases women ages 35-64.

New television ad purchases have been made by 
Americans for Prosperity
, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that was founded by David and Charles Koch and does not disclose their donors to the public. The ad purchases in Ohio, North Carolina, Florida and Washington, D.C., were reported to the Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday. This particular ad highlights a mother and daughter and their health issues. It is the third in a series of ads that oppose the Affordable Care Act.

The stations included WOIO in the Cleveland-Akron area, where the target demographic was adults 35 years old and over, with ads running through Sept. 10 at a cost of $8,525; WBTV, the ABC affiliate in Charlotte, N.C., where the target demographic was women ages 35-64, with ads running through Sept. 15 at a cost of $20,050; WSOC-TV in Charlotte, N.C., with ads running through Sept. 13 at a cost of $41,375; and WTVT the FOX affiliate in Tampa, Fla., where the target demographic was women ages 35-64, with ads running through Sept. 15, at a cost of $16,900.

Ads were also purchased at WUSA in Washington, D.C., where the target demographic was adults 35 years old and over, with ads running through Sept. 8, at a cost of $19,600. The ads will run on the CBS Morning News and Face The Nation.

Update: WKMG, the CBS affiliate in Orlando, Florida, has reported the group made an ad buy of $13,750.
