Capitol Lens: Seasonal Confusion

After a sunny end to last week, pictured at left, D.C.-area residents woke up to wintry conditions on Monday, right, with the most significant snowfall in two years. Despite the blast of not-so-spring-like weather, the National Park Service still expects the cherry blossoms to hit peak bloom between April 3 and April 6.
