The Senate resumes consideration of the continuing resolution to fund the government for the remainder of fiscal 2013. The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. for weekly caucus lunches.

The House begins debate on the fiscal 2014 GOP budget measure and five alternatives. The chamber also takes up a resolution that would provide committee funding for the 113th Congress.
