The Senate resumes consideration of the nomination of Caitlin J. Halligan to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. At 10:30 a.m., the chamber will vote on a motion to invoke cloture and limit debate on Halligan’s nomination.

The House considers a bill that includes a continuing resolution for government spending for the remainder of fiscal 2013 as well as Defense and Military Construction-VA appropriations measures.
