Scott Migli has been hired as managing director of the Washington office at Wilson Perkins Allen Opinion Research, a polling company. Migli was vice president of polling firm Wilson Research Strategies and has worked as a director at lobbying firm DCI Group. He also has served as executive director of the Pennsylvania Republican Party.

Frank Macchiarola has joined the policy resolution group at law and lobbying firm Bracewell & Giuliani as a partner. Macchiarola was a Republican staff director for the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. Yong Choe has been hired as vice president of federal affairs and public policy at Rite Aid Corp. Choe was the director of business outreach and member services for the House Republican Study Committee. He also has worked as a legislative clerk for the Republican staff of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Hanis was the director of communications for the Solar Energy Industries Association. She has worked as senior vice president of marketing and business development for America’s Community Bankers.
