Natalee Binkholder has been promoted to legislative director for Rep. Mick Mulvaney, R-S.C. Binkholder is legislative counsel for Mulvaney. She has worked as worked as a team lead for Hudson Legal. She also has worked as deputy legislative counsel for the state of Nevada.

Collin Long has been hired as director of government affairs for the Portland Cement Association. Long was the communications director for Rep. Charlie Dent, R-Pa. He has worked as a senior legislative assistant and as a legislative correspondent for Dent.

Jasemine Chambers has joined the patents and innovation counseling practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as of counsel. Chambers was the deputy administrator in the office of policy and external affairs at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She worked at the State Department as an economics officer in the office of intellectual property enforcement under President George W. Bush. She has also worked in the White House’s office of science and technology policy as a senior policy analyst under President Bill Clinton.

Fredric K. Schroeder has been elected vice president of the World Blind Union, an advocacy group for the visually impaired. Schroeder is the president of the Virginia affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind. He has worked as commissioner of the Education Department’s Rehabilitation Services Administration under Clinton. He also has served as executive director of the New Mexico Commission for the Blind.

Gary Wilcox has been hired as the co-leader of the US tax controversy and dispute resolution practice in the national tax services office at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He was the leader of the tax practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Wilcox has also served as deputy chief counsel for the IRS. He also was the leader of the tax mergers and acquisitions practice at PwC.

The following people have been hired as members of the regulatory team at PwC’s Health Research Institute:

Matt DoBias was a policy reporter at National Journal and Politico Pro. He also served as Washington bureau chief for Modern Healthcare.

Bobby Clark was director of federal affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Clark also served as an adviser to Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. and to the House Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Health.

Caitlin Sweany was a consultant with PwC’s health industries practice. She also worked as an intern at the health care bureau in the New York State office of the attorney general.
