Indiana: Oops, Richard Mourdock’s Multiple Choice SCOTUS Response

At least one candidate is prepared for however the Supreme Court rules next week on the health care overhaul law — although Indiana’s GOP Senate nominee, Richard Mourdock, probably didn’t want the world to know it.

Mourdock’s campaign uploaded four videos to respond to the high court’s imminent decision — and each one has a different answer depending on the ruling.

Seconds after news broke of the videos, Mourdock’s team made the videos private. But the campaign of his Democratic opponent, Rep. Joe Donnelly, captured the videos and moved them to its own website.

Here’s the menu of options for Mourdock’s response — whatever, or whenever, the high court makes a decision:

Updated: 5:30 p.m.

Mourdock spokesman Christopher Conner responded with this comment: “Like the vast majority of Hoosiers, Richard hopes the Supreme Court strikes down ObamaCare, which our opponent Joe Donnelly dutifully supported. But as the Boy Scouts say, ‘be prepared.'”
