Capitol Lens: Lawmakers at Ease

Members of Congress almost never let their guard down when cameras are in the room because they don’t like photographs that show them doing anything other than their jobs. Tom Williams is the master at catching lawmakers in ‘real’ moments because he understands that the closer his subjects get to the podium, the more on-guard they become.
