Priebus to Address House GOP at Retreat

BALTIMORE — Newly elected Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus is wasting no time getting to work and will huddle with House Republicans Saturday in Baltimore.

Republicans are in the final day of their annual three-day issues retreat, and GOP aides said Saturday that Priebus, who was elected chairman Friday, will address the GOP’s lunch Saturday.

Priebus comes in after Michael Steele’s troubled two-year tenure as chairman, and he has a difficult road ahead of him to rebuild the committee before the 2012 elections.
