Cantor Shuffles Staff for Majority

House Majority Leader-designate Eric Cantor on Tuesday announced a series of senior staff changes and promotions for the 112th Congress.

Kristi Way will remain the chief of staff in Cantor’s personal office, a post she has held since 2009. John Murray, Neil Bradley and Kyle Nevins will share the title deputy chief of staff.

Brad Dayspring was promoted to communications director for the Majority Leader’s office. Cantor’s senior policy director, Mike Ference, will serve as his director for strategic development and senior policy adviser in the 112th Congress.

Bill Dolbow, Cantor’s senior adviser; Matt Lira, his director of new media; and Valerie Nelson, his director of member services, will all continue to serve in the same roles in the majority that they held in the Minority Whip’s office. Amy Barrera, Cantor’s scheduler, will serve as the director of scheduling and administration in the majority.
