VIPs were spotted by HOH spies at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport early Friday morning. One HOH spy eyed Rep. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) on a flight to Springfield, Mo., sitting in first class.Also traveling out of the airport: former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, who was waiting in the security line to be screened, our spy reported.
