Grammy-winning rapper Ludacris is in town this weekend, set to speak today at a luncheon at the National Press Club about his efforts to encourage philanthropy through his group, “The Ludacris Foundation.— Ludacris (real name: Chris Bridges) will also host the foundation’s annual benefit dinner Saturday night at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, where he’ll honor several people for their community service efforts, including Rep.
