With Twitter on the blink Thursday morning and August recess under way, HOH brings you a few ways to waste time … er, gather your thoughts.

All you need to do is answer a few standard questions about your name and birth, along with some info about your parents. Type the answers into specially designed boxes, and once you’re finished, click the “Deliver This Baby— button.

Presto! A totally falsified Kenyan birth certificate. And you can even post it to Facebook.

Christmas in August. The American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity recently got caught in scandal when forged letters sent on its behalf were discovered on Capitol Hill. But the group’s public relations efforts have had other low (although much funnier) moments, like these holiday-themed videos.
