Obama Nominates Sullivan for FEC Post

President Barack Obama on Friday nominated labor lawyer John Sullivan to a post on the Federal Election Commission. Sullivan, a campaign finance lawyer at Service Employees International Union, will fill one of two expired Democratic seats on the commission.
