One prize will be awared to the contestant who most accurately predicts the results of the U.S. House, U.S. Senate and presidential elections. Scores will be calcualated as follows:Each answer will be calculated to determine the percentage difference between the prediction and the actual number. The percentages for the three questions will be added together to determine the entrant's cumulative score. The entrant will the cumulative score closest to zero will be the winner. Any ties will be determined by whichever entrant's tiebreaker answer is closest to the actual total of popular votes cast. In the event of a tie following the tiebreaker, a winner will be determined by coin flip. All calculations by CQ Roll Call are final.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, address (city and state), likeness, photo and any statements made by the winner regarding the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration except where prohibited by law.
