Congress is back in session and back to its usual bickering, name-calling and delaying. Rep. Steve Cohen dubbed Attorney General William Barr “chicken” for not showing up to his House hearing, Speaker Nancy Pelosi re-upped Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s Grim Reaper nickname and a stalwart House Judiciary clerk spent nearly 30 minutes reading the entire text of a bill out loud at the request of Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner.
