She was a senior policy adviser for the Democratic staff for the Senate HELP Subcommittee on Employment. Bridgeman also has worked as a staff member on that subcommittee. She was a management and program analyst at the IRS and a presidential management fellow through the Office of Personnel Management.

Sanchez also has served as press adviser in Pelosiís leadership office. He also worked as communications director at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.
Dale Kildee has been named a policy adviser at Ietan Consulting, which specializes in working on behalf of tribal governments. He also is joining Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a senior consultant in its American Indian law and policy practice. Kildee served as a Democratic congressman representing Michigan. He founded the Congressional Native American Caucus.
Byron Johnson has been hired as a consultant for public relations and public affairs at lobbying firm Strategic Communications. Johnson was a senior account director and the director of marketing for public relations firm SevenTwenty Strategies. He has worked as a consultant for grass-roots advocacy at health insurance company Humana. He also has worked as a communications consultant at the Center for Community Change.
Shawn Donilon has been hired at the National Association of Broadcasters as director of government relations. Donilon was legislative director and counsel to former Rep. Charles Bass, R-N.H. He also worked as a legislative assistant for Bass.

Anne C. Beal has been appointed chief officer for engagement at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, which was established under the 2010 health care law. She also serves as its deputy executive director. She is transitioning from her role as chief operating officer.
Leaders from military and veterans service organizations joined Sens. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., Kelly Ayotte , R-N.H., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., at a press conference to urge the Senate to replace a provision in the budget proposal that cuts retirement benefits for veterans. Wicker, Ayotee, and Graham earlier called for a bipartisan solution to replace the $6.3 billion in cuts to military retiree benefits.
