William A. McConagha has joined the food, drug and medical device compliance and enforcement and food, drug and medical device regulatory practices at law and lobbying firm Sidley Austin LLP as a partner. McConagha was a health policy adviser for the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. Clarence E. Anthony has been named executive director at the National League of Cities (NLC). Anthony is the leader of his own consulting firm, Anthony Government Solutions.
