The firm is rebuilding more as a boutique-style outfit. “Our numbers are hard to compare apples to apples,” said Gordon Taylor, the shop’s president. “I will say we had an incredibly good year, with great numbers and strong profits. We had markedly fewer people at the end of the year as a result of that restructuring.”
