Heather Wingate, the former head of federal government affairs at Citigroup, has joined MetLife Inc. She will lead the insurance firmís federal government relations office in Washington, D.C.
Most recently, Wingate has been with Nomura Holding America where she focused on the implementation of the Dodd-Frank financial overhaul.

Before working at Citi, Wingate was the Senate liaison for the George W. Bush administration and the top aide to then-Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.)
Making Her Mark at CVS
CVS Caremark today brought on Ann Walker-Jenkins as a director of federal government affairs. She joins the company from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists where she served as associate director of federal government affairs. Previously, Walker-Jenkins was assistant director of federal affairs for the American Academy of Physician Assistants and held roles at the Association of Womenís Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition.
