Famous Amos Snead and Josh Shultz of FamousDC — with a little help from their friends at Roll Call — threw up the Bat Signal for another Recess Happy Hour and, good lord, did the Hill folk come out in droves.
Spotted at the rafter-packed event at Cava Restaurant: Rebeccah Propp from the House Republican Conference and Lane Lofton from the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
Amongst the suits was Mr. Adam Sharp with Twitter, who we assume was Tweeting his way through the evening. Also probably Tweeting his heart out: Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) Digital Communications Director Don Seymour. The Speaker’s former digital guru and current U.S. Chamber of Commerce rock star, Nick Schaper, was out on the deck making us belly-laugh, as he does every time we run into him.
Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt’s Deputy Chief of Staff Burson Taylor Snyder was also up in the mix, as was Rep. Adam Schiff’s Communications Director Maureen Shanahan.
Snead, Shultz and Roll Call: May it be time to graduate the Recess Happy Hour of Awesome to a bigger space? Just sayin’ ...
Correction: Nov. 10, 2011 An earlier version of this story misspelled the name of Josh Shultz.
