If Rep. Jeff Duncan looks a little winded today, it might be because he fell 12,000 feet from a helicopter this weekend.
The South Carolina congressman stopped by the Cancer Association of Anderson’s “Hot Air Affair: Rising Above Cancer” on Saturday — an event that supports cancer survivors and their families.

The bloodcurdling free fall didn’t keep the first-time skydiver from going tandem with the Special Forces Association Parachute Team. In fact, he told a local news affiliate he’s “always wanted to do it.”
Amazing time at the Cancer Association of Anderson’s Hot Air Affair: Rising Above Cancer event meeting w/ cancer survivors, their families, & hearing their stories of bravery. Truly inspiring event w/ inspiring people all coming together for an important cause. #SC03 pic.twitter.com/93HBI0reLY— Rep. Jeff Duncan (@RepJeffDuncan) May 6, 2019
