“'I know maybe 10 to 12 lawyers in the state who deal exclusively with environmental regulation,' said Mr. Beall, who owns his own firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 'You can’t spit and not hit a lawyer [but] there aren't that many who deal with that area. We have a ton of industry down here and a lot of clients. There’s definitely a demand for it.'”
