While the National Mall swarmed with thousands for the Capitol Fourth concert and fireworks display, people around the capital region enjoyed all manner of Independence Day celebrations, including this one at the Clarke County Fairgrounds in Virginia, where attendees got to listen to live music, see a parade, meet political candidates and end the day with a fireworks display.
