Joyce Murtha, wife of the late Rep. John P. Murtha, was joined by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., a longtime legislative ally of her husband, at the dedication ceremony Monday for the John P. Murtha Cancer Center at the Walter Reed Military Medical Center. The center is named in honor of the Pennsylvania Democrat, a Marine and longtime Defense appropriator, who died in 2010.
