McConnell Refuses to Comment on Ensign Scandal

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) refused to comment Friday morning on explosive new allegations that Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) knowingly violated a host of lobbying and ethics rules.
