Menendez: Democrats Lost Momentum in August, but 2010 Prospects Look Good

While praising recruitment efforts during the summer months, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Chairman Bob Menendez (N.J.) on Tuesday acknowledged that Democrats lost traction during the tumultuous August recess.
