Lincoln Diaz-Balart Won’t Seek Florida Senate Appointment

Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart (R-Fla.) late Monday withdrew his name from consideration for the appointment to replace Sen. Mel Martinez (R-Fla.), who is expected to resign by the end of August.
