PITTSBURGH — Nine months before they will square off at the ballot box, Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.) and Rep. Joe Sestak (D) greeted a civil and largely friendly crowd Friday morning when they separately made their cases to the annual meeting of liberal bloggers and interest groups known as the Netroots Nation.
