Senate to Begin Consideration of Census Chief

The Senate will begin consideration of Robert Groves’ nomination to lead the Census Bureau on Monday, after Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) filed a procedural motion Thursday to break GOP-led opposition.
