Moran Gives $175,000 to Brother in Va. Gubernatorial Race

With another $50,000 check on May 27, Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) has now funneled a total of $175,000 from his Congressional campaign account to the gubernatorial efforts of his younger brother, former state Del. Brian Moran (D), according to state campaign disclosure reports released Monday.
