Gibbs: Senate Can Confirm Sotomayor by August Recess

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs on Tuesday insisted that the Senate has enough time to vet and confirm Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor before it adjourns for the August recess.
