Reid Says Gitmo Prisoners Will Not Be Transferred to U.S.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters Tuesday that the Senate would not provide money to close the Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, detention facility without a plan for its inmates, and that displaced prisoners would not be transferred to an American prison.
