Cole Withdraws; Sessions Is New NRCC Chief

Rep. Tom Cole (Okla.) on Wednesday unexpectedly withdrew from the race to keep his chairmanship of the National Republican Congressional Committee for another cycle, leaving the gavel to his rival, Rep. Pete Sessions (Texas).
