GOP Fails to Force Rangel to Step Down

House Republicans forced a vote Thursday on a bid aimed at jump-starting the probe of Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) for his handling of his personal finances. The resolution was tabled on a 226-176 vote, with 11 Members voting present.
