Police Arrest at Least 10 in Ongoing Standoff Outside Xcel Center

Police arrested at least 10 people as of 7 p.m. Thursday after hundreds tried to march from the Minnesota state capitol to the Xcel Energy Center, the site of the Republican National Convention.
