Kissell Edges Hayes in New Democratic Poll

A poll released Wednesday by Larry Kissell’s (D) campaign shows the high school teacher leading Rep. Robin Hayes (R-N.C.) 45 percent to 43 percent — though that lead is within the margin of error.
