Over the weekend, Rep. Alan Grayson responded to a jibe from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) with a string of insults. Among the taunts that the Florida Democrat flung at Palin in an e-mail to his supporters: chillbilly, former half-term Governor, current-nothing and future-even-less and wild Alaskan dingbat.
Palin appeared this weekend in Graysons district, where she took a swipe at the Democrat. What can you say about Alan Grayson? Palin asked the GOP crowd.
Piper is with me tonight, so I wont say anything about Alan Grayson that cant be said around children, she said.
In an e-mail responding to the slight, Grayson let loose with an extended tirade. Atypically, Palin was wearing clothes that she had paid for herself, the e-mail noted. In it, Grayson praised Palin for having a hand large enough to fit [his] entire name on it and for getting through the entire hour-long program without quitting.
Were half expecting Palins response to include references to rubber and glue.
