Hagel, Boren to Join Obama’s Intel Board

President Barack Obama on Wednesday plans to announce that former Sens. Chuck Hagel (R-Neb.) and David Boren (D-Okla.) will serve as co-chairmen of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board.
