Patrick Says Special Election for Kennedy’s Seat Will Be Jan. 19

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (D) on Monday set Jan. 19 as the date for the special election to fill the remainder of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy’s (D-Mass.) term. The primary will be held Dec. 8.
